Where will I stay when hunting at WireGate Ranch?
Most of our hunters prefer to stay at the lodge on the ranch. Lodging and
meals at the ranch are included in the price of the hunt.
How do I get to WireGate Ranch?
Most of our hunters drive in. If you need to fly to Texas, there are
airports in Waco, Dallas, and Austin.
How difficult is the hunting at WireGate Ranch?
The ranch is heavily forested with live oak, juniper, elm, and a dense
brushy undergrowth. The bucks are extremely wild and are a challenge to
hunt. You will definitely have the hunting experience of a
lifetime.
What will the hunt cost if I don't get a buck?
Your hunting experience will cost just $200 per day. This covers your
lodging, food, and guide service. No other charges will be levied by
WireGate Ranch.
How long will it take to get a trophy buck?
Usually a hunter can be successful in one or two days.
